Recurring tasks

Set the rhythm once. See exactly when it lands.

Change a filter every 90 days, the spa water every Sunday, the gutters each fall. Edit the schedule right on the task and the next few dates show up as you type, so you know it's right before you save.

Areas and items

Everything about the house, the spa and the car, in one spot.

Group chores by area and item. Each item keeps its own notes, service contacts, manuals and receipts, and warranty dates, so the next time the hot tub acts up you know who to call and whether it's covered.

Kids mode

Kids earn points for their jobs and spend them on rewards.

Turn on kids mode on a shared tablet and it shows only their jobs. Points lock in when a job is done, rewards are set by you, and leaving kids mode takes your passcode. Kids never get an account.

Shared lists

Send the housekeeper a list. No login needed.

Share a live list by link: their tasks, the right rooms, this week. They check things off from their phone, and you see it as "Done via" that list. Links always expire and you can turn one off instantly.

Multiple households
